The short version
PivotProof provides AI-generated startup feedback for informational use. It is not investment, legal, financial, or professional advice.
The service
Credits unlock the report products described at purchase. Credits do not expire. A completed report consumes a credit.
Payments and refunds
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days. Generated reports are not refundable. Credits are returned automatically when a report fails to generate because of a PivotProof error.
Your content
You retain your submitted ideas. Reports stay private unless you choose to make a report public.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Contact info@pivotproof.org with questions.
